Unfortunately It's a thrill I don't get too often. Many of the free programs I've tried have been pretty mediocre. But after testing hundreds of different freeware utilities over the last couple of years I've come up with some real gems. I've put all my best finds together into single list called the "The 46 Best-ever Freeware Utilities" and I've made it available to everyone for free.
